四级完形填空命题分析与命题原则

你知道《大纲》对完形填空部分的具体要求吗？虽然完形填空（Cloze Test）并不是每一年都会出现，但是作为一种测试学生综合应用语言能力的题目类型，它仍然被大部分教师所认可。

《大学英语四级考试大纲》对完形填空的规定：《大学英语四级考试大纲》明确规定：“完形填空共20题（从第1题到第20题），考试时间为15分钟，分值为10分，占总分的10％。在一篇题材熟悉、难度适中的短文（约200词）内留有20个空格，每个空格为一题，每题后有4个选择项，要求考生在全面理解内容的基础上选择一个最佳答案，使短文的意思和结构恢复完整。填空的词包括结构词和实义词。
完形填空的种类：完形填空的题目种类有很多种：

一是无选择项的，例如：The natural method of learning a foreign language almost necessarily implies residence in the country where ____ language is spoken. But residents abroad has also ______ own linguistic drawbacks. It sounds well to talk of“picking _______ a language” _______ ear in the country, but most good linguistics will confess that they learnt nearly everything from books, especially at the beginning of _____ study.

二是有选择项的，也就是说完形填空与多项选择相结合。选择项中只有一个是正确答案，而其他三个选项都是干扰项。在具体的考试过程中，主要以两种形式出现：一种是把选择项列到空格所在的一行的右边。这种做法，学生看起来比较方便，节约时间，但是浪费纸张。例如：I can clearly remember the first time I met Mr. Andrews，1.A. even
